At Lev’s Natural, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days after delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
